Can't I just reset this myself?

On many vehicles you can — it's a button sequence. On others it needs a scan tool, and getting the interval right often does. That's where this service comes in.

Do you change the oil?

No. This is the electronic side only — reset and interval configuration.

Why did my reminder come back?

Usually the interval wasn't set, or the procedure wasn't completed. I'll do both and confirm it's clear before I leave.
